The Henry Minor House is a beautiful 1845 Greek Revival-style home in the historic town of Woodbury and is listed in the National Register of Historic homes. Remodeled by a local craftsman to create an open concept kitchen with exposed beams, custom cabinetry, center island, two sinks, wood counters with marble pastry slab, breakfast area, laundry room and french doors. These doors lead out to a private stone patio overlooking the perennial gardens and level grounds. The master bedroom has a private staircase in addition to the front hall open staircase. The wide board floors throughout look beautiful and the rooms are bright and airy. The May, 2021 New York Times featured Woodbury as "Peace, Quaint Beauty and a Sense of History!" Readers Digest rated Woodbury, Ct. as the best small town in Ct.
